Circumstances of Death

Sydney [aka Sidney] died of wounds whilst he was a Prisoner of War and was originally buried at the Bogordica German Cemetery in Serbia before being moved to Skopje after the Armistice. His Register of Effects card states the he was presumed dead on 14 Apr 1917 and we are trying to establish if that was the day he was captured. We will update this page if we find any more information.
