The Memorial was unveiled on the 9th November 1919 at a service conducted by the Reverend Claude Sandwith, Vicar of Ettington.

The names on the Roll of Honour are the same as on the War Memorial except for the addition of Pte. Jack Taylor
NB: Ettington was previously known as Eatington.
