The Memorial Chapel was originally dedicated and unveiled on Sunday 4th June 1921 by the Lord Bishop of Birmingham and Lieut. General Sir. G.M. Harper and the Memorial Window dedicated to his son, Stratford Ludlow, was unveiled by Brigadier General W.R. Ludlow, C.B on the same day.
