Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)

Harry's service records have a note that he was attached to the 82nd Field Ambulance. Before he died they were stationed at Boeseppe from the 9 Jan 1915 until after he died. We do know that Harry was sent to hospital on 19 Jan 1915 and died of Cerebrospinal Meningitis at No 10 Stationary Hospital in Saint Omer 8 days later on 27 Jan 1915.
