Previous Service

Frederick originally enlisted in the Army Service Corp on 9 Sep 1914 and was given service number I2/10813. On 15 Mar 1915 he was discharged from the army as he was no longer medically fit and was suffering from Nephritis. But we have not been able to establish where he re-enlisted.


Circumstances of Death

Frederick died on 21 July 1916 of Valvular Disease of the Heart at Poundbury Camp, Dorchester
