Circumstances of Death

Aldhelm is listed as dying of wounds on 4 May 1917 in Egypt. The Egypt Campaign war diaries are not yet online and Adderley's book The Warwickshire Yeomanry in the Great War does not mention casualties by name. Therefore we are unable to give any detail of the events leading to his death.
