30/8/1917 - Goldfish Chateau: Battalion took over front line (Somme - Hill 35 area) from 2/8th Worsters, 2/KOSB & 10/11HLI. Relief completed at 12.30am 31st.

31/8/1917 - Bank Farm: Battalion holding front line (Somme - Hill 35 area)

1/9/1917 - Bank Farm: Battalion holding front line (Somme - Hill 35 area). Unsuccessful attempt by 1 Platoon of B Coy to rush Hill 35 at 4am. Unsuccessful attempt by 2 Platoons of D Coy to rush Hill 35 at 11pm.

2/9/1917 - Bank Farm: Battalion relieved in front line by 2/6th Warwicks. Relieft completed at midnight. Battalion moved back into right support at Wieltje
