Circumstances of Death

Henry is listed as being killed on 11 Sep 1918. The 2nd Battalion war diary does not mention any casualties for the three day period 10th to 12th Sept but a report in the Stratford Herald states he was killed by the premature explosion of a trench mortar charge. Both sources are transcribed below.
