His death certicate (see below) shows that he died of Scarlett Fever (3 days) at the Old Sarum Isolation Hospital, Stratford sub Castle, Wiltshire. Maurice had been training on Salisbury Plain when he fell ill. NB: Maurice's death was registered in the last name Harsnett |
