Circumstances of Death

George was discharged from the army on 3 Mar 1917 as he was suffering from Phthisis (pulmonary tuberculosis) and on 6 Oct 1917 he died from the same disease at home, 128 Avon Street, Warwick with his wife Frances by his side. His death certificate states that he had been suffering from TB for 12 months before his death.
