Circumstances of Death

Albert is listed as being killed in action on 26 Aug 1917, on that day the 52nd Battalion were in the lines near Citie-St-Emile, unfortunately has not been scanned very well and is very difficult to read so we have not attempted to transcribe it. However it can be read by clicking here.
