Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)

Frederick was wounded on 25 Aug 1916 and died two days later at 38th Casualty Clearing Station at Fienvillers. I have not yet found the war diary for either the 6th Bn Worcestershire or 100th Trench Mortar Battery so we are unable to give the how or where he was wounded.
