Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)           

The battalion moved into trenches east of Bois D'Atal on the 24th April and were being relieved on the 27th by 2nd Battalion Royal Fusiliers when Levi was killed and 32 others were wounded, presumably by shell fire.
