Circumstances of Death

Charles was discharged from the army because of "sickness" on 18 Aug 1916. He died 6 months later of Meningitis and Cerebral Syphilis Gastritis on 4 Feb 1917 at Warwick Infirmary. When he died there were no relatives present and his death was witnessed by C Measures, Matron at Warwick Union Workhouse |
