  • The Kenilworth Advertised reported that the Memorial was unveiled on Sunday 25th June 1922 by Lt. General Sir John Keir.
  • The Kenilworth Advertiser article listed Edwin Adkins as the first name on the Memorial but unfortunately his name was engraved as Atkins
  • We believe that the name John Heath on the Memorial is actually an error and the name should be John Hiatt, this is confirmed by the parish magazine which does not list a John Heath but does list a John Hiatt (see link below).
