Medals: South Africa Medal & 2 Clasps, India General Service Medal and Silver Badge (WW1)

Discharge Reason: Albert was discharged on 4 Oct 1918 being unfit due to tuberulosis of the larynx (Laryngeal tuberculosis). He was givent the Silver Badge

Service Prior to WW1: Albert orginally enlisted on 27 Feb 1899 and served in South Africa and on the NW Frontier, India. Albert enrolled in the Army reserve in Jan 1912 and was mobilised on 4 Aug 1914

Circumstances of Death

Albert died of Laryngeal tuberculosis on 6 Sep 1919 at 21 Linen Street, Warwick having been discharged with Tuberculosis on 4 Oct 1918
