  • 24 Apr 1918 - Discharged as no longer physically fit including paralysis of the shoulder

Circumstances Leading to Death     

Arthur died of Influenza and Pneumonia on 17th February 1919 at the Pensioners Hospital, Lodge Road, Birmingham
