Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)

We have not been able to identify when or where Percy was wounded as the war diary seems only to mention casualties amongst officers and does not list other ranks casualties. In October 1918 Delsaux Farm Cemetery was used by both 29th and 46th Casualty Clearing Stations.
