Circumstances of Death

Albert died on 31st October 1916 at the Military Hospital in Stratford-on-Avon. He died from the effects of Gun Shot wounds, Septicemia & Exhaustion have been wounded on the 15th September 1916 during the Battle of the Somme. His death certificate can be found below.
