Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)           

Henry is listed as dying of wounds on 27th September 1918 at the 23rd Casualty Clearing Station at Agnez-les-Duisans.The 1st Battalion war diary entries for the period 21st to 27th September are transcribed below and it seems that Henry was originally wounded on either the 21st or 22nd.
