Circumstances Leading to Death (Normally from War Diary)

We are unable to say with certainty when Arthur received the wounds from which he died on 10 Oct 1918, unusually the War diary lists casualties by name and we did not find mention of him in September or October and we believe he was one of the 6 men who were gassed on 6 Oct 1918 at Noyelles. This is supported by his Find A Grave record which states he Died of wounds (gas)
