Letter from Parents to Army

On 21/8/16 Frederick's parents wrote the following to the King's Royal Rifle Corps Record Office:

"I should be extremely obliged if you could give me any information as to where my son was killed and buried as it would greatly relieve me from my sufferings as he was my only boy. From his broken hearted Mother & Father".

Their is no evidence of any reply and Fredericks remains have never been found for burial.
