Circumstances of Death

On 2 Sep 1914, just 3 days after he enlisted, Frank died of a Hemorrhage caused by a severe self-inflicted knife wound to the throat. At the time of his death he was at 74 Mill Road, Gillingham, Kent, is a terraced house.
