Tom was medically discharged from the Army on 30 Aug 1917 suffering from Myalgia & Paraplegia and was given a Silver Badge. Tom died on 19th April 1920 at his home in Bilton of Ulcerative Colitis and Bowel Cancer, aged 22. |
