Circumstances of Death

Williams is listed as dying on 3 Apr 1918. His service record indicates that, sadly, he died from injuries sustained while he was temporarily insane. His death certificate (see below) states that he died of a fractured skull and brain laceration caused when he jumped out of a window. |
